guys, FYI.. eneos in Klang (beside Aeon Bukit Tinggi) got promotion for wax and polish for RM50 for our LMSTs during weekdays..

i asked today when i went there.. the eneos here just open not long ago, got promo..

Waa.... 2day ar very shocking n scary experience la... Yestaerday, change my springs edi... all 4 since sum xpert said my old springs sag edi... So change 2 'Genuine Proton Parts'... after siap installing all.... my front tilt 2 freaking high... my rear ok... but da front like been jack up. Da mech check again, he said evrything ok... no prob... n he said is suppose 2 b like this if use original.. true ar??? Bcuz on da box it says Iswara 1.5 n 'Genuine' summore... Rear tires also change since its bald edi... Then, time 2 test power... @ NPE highway, layan corner (not dat sharp) around 100km/h... front skidded (maybe under steer) turn da steering summore... then suddenly got grip... by dat time turn 2 much edi. Release a bit, car went left n right... rear begin 2 skid outta control... 4rom right lane 2 middle, then right.... n totally lost control, went straight 2 da left lane n scrape my front left on da wall a bit... luckily dat time i wuz decelerating But it wuz 1 hell of a experience... So.. I went back 2 da mech n told him about it.... Y da car lari left n right... Bcuz b4 I change all my 4 springs n rear tires also ok... no problem n da car x buang... He said, cuz my front spring is 2 high n stiff... N my gas charged abosorber

He is sum question:
1. Izzit true da mech said bcuz of my front suspension 2 high??? Cuz now I change 2 APM Sports (which I dun quite like)
2. N izzit true da mech said combination of Gas charged absorber n new springs will make it 2 stiff n cannot paly along???
3. Iswara 1.5 can fit ar??? Cuz he said no diffrnt... Both r da same...


Hope any1 can help Cuz I really takut now my car not stable anymore. N I m not trying 2 show off my skills or daredevil act here, but 2 seek help 4rom xperts...

1. front suspension high, less weight in front, u'll experience understeer.... u change wad spring??... oem spring or apm sports spring??...
2. suspension stiff only nice to play corner la... but also depends on ur suspension setup... actually wad u looking for??... comfort or performance??... lowered or oem height??..
3. yeap... saga iswara 1.3 and 1.5 oem spring is the same.... but a little different with lmss/lmst spring.... lmss/lmst spring are 20mm lower....

1. lor... so dangerous 1.... b4 dis I wuz using my old spring until u said da spring sag edi... so I change 2 normal OEM springs bcuz I dun quite like those lowered type... later not comfortable, after 2hours use... I kena those udersteer thing n lost control ... so now I changed 2 dis APM sports springs... which is freaking expensive...

2. Actually I 1 my car 2 fly over those small speed bumps n layan corner... Then I found out it wuz a bad combination... Plus, these APM springs goes well wit my 15' rims

3. But how come after changing 2 da oem springs, my car bcome like cacat a bit??? Da front tilt higher than da rear... can c da diffrnt. Da mech said its normal cuz originals r likdat Summore he said bad combination, cuz Gas charged + new springs.. 2 stiffs True???

i heard sapura sport spring not bad,but must pair with short stroke abs.

selamba only u mod ur car without surveying and researching around... no wonder nowadays people say mod car is expensive and troublesome... never do research properly...

if not mistaken, last time my car on oem suspension also front tilted abit higher den rear... no idea why proton designed the car such a way....
tell me mah if u interested in oem spring, i still have mine kept in da store room... if u want can sell to u cheap cheap....

currently driving my sis's myvi auto... the dvvt system kinda sucks at certain throttle position and revs... 1st gear vr good initial pickup... after dat when reach 2nd or 3rd gear, the revs climb kinda high but speed remains the same... and the problem is revs keep climbing but didnt shift up gears... but at least myvi throttle respond is way better than saga blm...

proton make cars dat could cater for all people, young and old mah... not everyone enjoy lowered sport suspension... lowering the ride height but maintaining ride comfort in such a low budget car is tough....

why so cheap??... because my springs and rear abs are second hand... wuahahahaha....

budget rm600 to change springs and absorber tak cukup bai... unless u change back to stock absorbers and springs can la.... comfort confirm ada...

u want tyre screaming, jz use cheapskate tyre with oem suspension also can make it screaming....

1inch or below??... den u get adjustable suspension or jz change short stroke absorbers without changing to lowered springs.... mayb can lower ur car abit geh....
