 Computer can't start.., Why?

Hi guys..My comp cant start now..When i press on button, the system run a few sec then it restart again..
Before that, i still can start my comp..But after awhile it shows a massage says that my system got problem and ask me to restart..
After i restart everything, it cant start d..Help me..Whats the prob?? icon_question.gif

i think u hv the same problem as mine,but ok now my pc.I accidently delete one of winows file,then sent it to tech,i think they just recover the deleted windows file. . . .
correct me if im wrong

What is the error message you're getting exactly? System file missing? BSOD? Also, this belongs in Technical Support..

It says that pls turn off my pc and make sure all hardware are plug properly..If still cant start, pls make sure ur software are installed properly..
It's about like that...
I tried to reinstall all hardware..But still the same..Then i wanna try format it...Cant even read the disc..Cant format...

i think we have the same problem that i have last time.. did you use a old hard disk in to a new mobo? if yes, repair windows, but best to reformat... if not, it might be that you didnt install your heatsink properly.. if not taht, trying running with one ram.. it might be the ram problem.. just try this few stated...

I tried all the way...But still cant..Ya i am using old HDD in new mobo..But i reformated mny times d...
RAM...Tried all no prob..

hmm.. like this, i would advice you to send it to a computer shop if you really cant fix it.. it cost a lil money, but its the fastest way....

My prob except mobo.. can it be proc prob???
