every store has senior and junior staffs, some are part time too and just started to learn about Mac. if you really have any question, you have to find the right people too.
some of the stores provide training too. you may want to join them and ask the question during those time.
in life, we cant change others BUT it's good to change ourself to get the benefit for our own advantage. just a thought

QUOTE(Suk @ May 29 2009, 01:52 AM) What is the adv buying Apple Products via online and Shop? beside Cash n Carry / Touch it Feel it. 1. if you are at the remote area where there isn't a apple store near by. 2. do not like window shopping, free delivery 3. perhaps very good customer service from Apple

for the 15 inch MBP there is a big dif. the new one comes with SC card slot, cannot do much but to put in memory card at the moment. the old one came with Express slot which allows you to have a lot of expansion capabilities. with the express slot, you can add on Firewire 400 ports, Firewire 800 ports, eSATA ports, multimedia card reader slots, PCIMIA slot, Jumbo frames ethernet card, Compact flash card reader and writer card,... check out the link below for more info. http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1045857&hl=
