I bought a macbook from Mac City in Dec 2008 when they having the free upgrade to 4 GB RAM promotion. The guy said come back 1st week Jan to upgrade the RAM.
Until now the shop say no RAM coming!! I'm so upset!! I call them every week and it's the same answer - they don't know when it's coming, supplier fault, etc... Is this a scam?  What can I do to get my 4 GB RAM as per the promotion? Any avenues? |
