since i bought 3 of my ipad 2 from epicentre ioi today.
i would say their staffs are very efficient, only took me 30 mins to get all 3 ipads i want. and service is very good, unlike machines i heard they had many complains |

They have the right to say pay then only check, but they're wrong when they refuse to change the faulty unit.
This can be complained to apple. Everywhere is the same, you will have to pay before opening |

and we cant way which is the best in terms of service as the people working there isnt the same all the time |
