The price reduction happened on June 21st. When they update the capacity from 1TB & 2TB to 2TB & 3TB.

Then again, you could understand the frustration on a lot of those working at these stores. I was a frontliner before, and trust me, after some time, you tend to start pigeonholing your customers, because no matter how well you try, they will surprise you.

Personally, I think Machines have the best service overall compared to Macstudio and Epicentre. Especially when it comes to queuing up to buy iPad 2. The staff there makes sure those inside the queue only gets to buy iPad, for those who were initially inside the queue but got out just to walk around doesn't get to go in back and they have to queue from the back. They have good crowd control in this situation. Additionally, they don't force the customers to buy any cases or covers for the matter unlike Macstudio which forces the customers to purchase the Smart Cover if they want to get the iPad.

there is no free installment from stores.
but if you call your bank, they might have 0% installment plans.
thats you dealing with the bank and not with the stores

i bought two units of mb from ascend zone few years back. the service was good. when i had problems with the mb, they helped me to sort things out too. despite appearing like a shop with very lackluster design, the guys working there were very helpful. but again, this was years ago.

I think all stores in Malaysia are pretty much the same, not to mention some arrogant staffs la. I 1st bought my MBP 2010 i5 in MacCity last year. They bundled it with a free keyboard protector and also a leather enveloped kind of sleeve( like those u seen in the macbook Air line). Quality is definitely superior and it costs about rm99 in store. Very satisfied. But nevertheless, i still prefer EpicCentre because of their choices of brand and also they have outlets in Singapore..

I bought mbp 13 from him on friday. Comes with brown box, inside sealed mbp in standard box. Warranty is from apple and registered fine with the serial number. Price is way cheaper than RRP.
