Aight guys, made some minor changes to settings and made the 402 to work for our ESPGL.

Also, i've made some new .cfg files to seperate some settings to make them easier to read and edit for the organizers.

Here's the changelog for ESPGL PAM4.02
: November 27th 2008 :
:= PAM.CFG =:
pam4.cfg changed to pam401.cfg - as backup to old settings
pam4.cfg is now a PAM402 config file
rearranged the settings to make it easier to read
added notes to some settings, you will know what it does now

added PAM4.02 settings :
pam_sd_allow_bomb_drop 1 - Allows the bomb to be dropped in SnD from the menu (Ingame Voice Messages)
pam_switch_teams_at_halftime 1 - Teams now switch correctly between attacking and defending. Uniforms also change based on the sides.
pam_allow_bullet_penetration 1 - This determines if bullets are allowed to pass through walls or not
pam_penetration_multiplier 1 - This number is multiplied by the amount of damage done by bullets penetrating a wall before hitting
pam_automelee_enable 0 - Melee Attacks no longer Lunge at opponents with auto-aim. All slashes are now manual to player movements, making it harder to knife.
pam_allow_headbob 1 - This can turn off the simulated player head bobbing that occurs while the player is moving around
promod_performance_boost_enabled 0 - This forces a number of client side dvars in an attempt to increase FPS and lower ping. Good for anyone who plans to add an online server

- Players will be stuck with these settings unless changed with the promod performance boost -

removed perk settings from player.cfg
removed weapon settings from player.cfg
changed default weapon settings for the tournament to reduce time taken for changes.

Assault now starts with the Ak47
Assault side arm is now the Golden Desert Eagle
Assault starts with a Flash Bang
Assault starts with Bandolier, Stopping Power and Deep Impact
- Spec Ops -
Spec Ops now starts with Ak74U
Spec Ops side arm is now the Golden Desert Eagle
Spec Ops starts with a Flash Bang
Spec Ops starts with Bandolier, Stopping Power and Extreme Conditioning
- Heavy Gunner -
Heavy Gunner now starts with RPD
Heavy Gunner now starts with Grip
Heavy Gunner side arm is now the Golden Desert Eagle
Heavy Gunner starts with Smoke Grenade
Heavy Gunner starts with Stopping Power and Deep Impact
- Demolitions -
Demolitions side arm is now the Golden Desert Eagle
Demolitions starts with Smoke Grenade
Demolitions starts with C4, Juggernaught and Extreme Conditioning
- Sniper -
Sniper side arm is now the USP
Sniper starts with Flash Bang
Sniper starts with Bandolier, Stopping Power and Deep Impact

Added Perk.cfg for perk restriction settings

Take note guys, please test out the new settings and let me know any problems you find so i can attempt to fix it before any major event.

I've received some complaints that the sniper is a pain to aim also the team class limit have issues. This is on 1.6 of COD4, so hopefully i will see changes if i update to 1.7 next weekend. If worse comes to worse however, 2 mods will be loaded into the comps, one the old 4.01, and the new 4.02 just in case there are any issues with it.
