Get KVR2x2GB 800mhz, half-size ones. As for cooler... What temperatures do you wish to see? >.<

IMHO, any cooler is also much better than stock cooler. There's a new stock Robyncom just received. Deep Cool Ice Blade which features HDT with 4 heatpipes, it even included a LGA1366 mounting mechanism. Plus a blue LED 12cm fan.
