- This is a minor update to the v3.84 version. It does NOT include the new features in the v3.99 (v4) alpha/beta series.
- It corrects the Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese translations, and updates many others, including Polish. A few cosmetic and grammatical changes were made.

This beta series is actually the v4 alpha. It has an impressive lists of functional additions and product improvements, and even more is planned. We invite user participation in this alpha/beta program.
