Original, AP Set & Water Set V2k, Buying Handphones? What should I Do?

hey there!
some questions here i went to a shop today and the seller told me that 5530 ap doesnt have chinese input? can it fix by upgrading firmware? and the the blue on white colour is not available in original but only ap? he asked me to buy ori better because there's chinese input price is ap 760 ori 840 |
