Yep. They are. But the problem with Blackberrys that I've seen in Malaysia is this - they don't come cheap unless you buy them with telco contracts. Celcom just sent me a promo sms today - BB Storm for only RM1699. Pretty cheap for a touch screen BB, but that's WITH bundle.
