Got a question here.
I got a NEW Nokia phone from lucky draw (Original set), I dont have any proof of purchase/original receipt but instead I planned to sell it.

The problem is, Nokia website stated that :
However, I have not fill in any details for the warranty claim nor i think the organizer have registered it for me.
The warranty card are still clean and empty (With no dealer's stamp or what-so-ever), in the box with the phone.
Please give some solution / opinion / experience to deal with the warranty (12months) for the buyer in such case.
*Other than i bear the responsibility to go for warranty with the new buyer within the 12months*

hey i want to ask samsung galaxy SL should i buy ori or AP?
ori from SME and ap from brandstar
plan to use it forr quite long....
actually is there a difference in quality? some said yes some said no....
like performance, tendency to spoil in the OS....

my friend said AP's alright too, if spoil then can bring it back to the shop and they will fix it....
but practically, is AP set more fragile and poor performances if we don't mention about warranty?

i remember those phone shop will explain that AP from - small kilang, Ori - big kilang..

hi guys, i went to a phone selling booth somewhere in s,wak and saw a galaxy tab with a 3d platinum waves sticker on it, the seller insisted that its ori not ap, is it true? 

its a 3d hologram sticker with 'PlatinumWaves' wordings on it sticked on the left tophand corner of the tab.. but the box does hav the e-warranty sticker on it, so ur saying the ap sets dont? maybe platinum waves is the authorised distributor of SME in east malaysia? i dont know..even tried googling it but not much info on it.. other samsung model also having the same sticker, but not all of them though..i really think that those are ap sets..

found this guy selling the phone[ap] at rm1200 but said it was from taiwan
then i go to se brand shop and their phone[ap] is selling at rm 1900
it was such a big difference
is it because it's from local and taiwan manufacture problem???

hey i dont get it. if AP also use ori parts, why is it that AP cost cheaper than ori? does AP have a higher risk or spoiling?
