From my customers' experience SEVEN SEAS PULSE HIGH STRENGTH TRIOMEGA Concentrated Fish Oil with Vitamin E shows satisfying results on reducing body fat, cholesterol, weight, blood pressure and plenty of good feedback on overall well being. I think it is value for money for the price.

Pristin when it was launched few years ago was a hit because of the value (price vs EPA/DHA) but after that they keep on increasing the price so I usually advice my customer to switch to Seven Seas nowadays coz they are almost the same in efficacy and strength but big diffrence in price (almost double!)
