Hi all sifoo,
 May i know now is it stable to buy a property? or wait for 1 or 2 years first? Currently i saved RM20k in bank.. thinking to buy a apartment cost RM140k for investment. the apartment is near to college, can rent RM600 per month... You think can invest r?  |
