From what you say, it looks like the manager has enough grounds to give you a dismissal, and has offered you to graciously tender your resignation.
If your company has a HR, do approach them and request consultation on this, what are the policies regarding termination and all.
If your company does not have a HR, I think your options are very limited. If the place was so bad for your career, you should just move on.
In terms of compensation, what are you looking for?
