seem that things doesn't look very bright for TS.. All this while, her manager has been saying that TS performance is not good and TS didn't say anything meaning that she agree with what she said.
from what i can see, her manager do have the upper hand if she wan to give TS the termination letter with the reason that TS didn't performed,etc.
