for me, i guess she just wan u to resign... no matter how good is ur performance or wat u did for the company...
dont give her any letter.. unless the letter is ask her to increase ur salary or pay more for ur bonus...
i'm not sure about the compensation... i guess if any company wanna terminate any of their staff, they have to pay the compensation, unless a prior notice is given.. mayb different company different "laws"
