You should attach the minidump file so someone here could analysis that file. Another thing, what's BCOD? Never heard of it, only BSOD...

Either have debugging tools installed on your computer (maybe too advanced for you), open it up in Notepad and analyzing it yourself (out of league maybe?) or just attach it so others can try to debug it and see what's the problem...

Try installing MSN again. If BSOD again, then run Windows Memory Diagnostic. Then run Checkdisk with /F parameter.

Bug Check 0x7E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
This bug check indicates that a system thread generated an exception that the error handler did not catch.

0xC0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates a memory access violation occurred.


Please do have a check on your RAM. is it only happens when you trying to install your MSN?

Please do upload the other two minidump file. This is the third one.
