I been CIMB few days ago to cancel my credit card. But their staff told me that unable to check my outstanding balance through their system and ask me to call their call center. I been queue-up for 20mins and get those answer And I tried to contact their call center, keep me holding and I wasted 30mins to make call, still nobody answer my phone
