Ooooh Maybank? That is normal.Sometime I wait until 30 minutes during day time (not lunch time and not dinner time) pun tak ada orang answer the call.
After 11pm lagi teruk. I was been told by the customer service only 2 persons are on duty.
But, American Express (by Maybank) is very much better. Waiting time usually not more than 1 minute.
