I apologize if this has been asked before.. but the game is NOT in full screen right? I mean there are black bars on the left and right. Is this normal?

Yes, I have it in WideScreen Mode.. still the same.

for me, the game is full screen all the time if i have it in wide screen mode. However, if i have it in 4:3 mode, then i will have 2 black bars on the side when playing, but still full screen when navigating the games options and menu ..

did u have use hdmi cable? if not will automatic set ur screen to sd mode
or ur ps3 display settingdidnt set 720p and 1080p

Yeah, that's the funny part. I'm have it set at HD and Widescreen mode 1080p. Hmm.. I wonder what's wrong.

The menu's are all Full Screen, its just the game has bars on both sides. Duh...

go to settings --> display adjustment --> try to adjust or reset to default and see what happens ..

^ Did that. Same thing. Maybe the game doesn't like Panasonic TVs..

bro me having the same problem and i am using dell 2709wfp using hdmi cable set to resolution 1080p..

^ Yeah.. I think it has something to do with the TV. Definitely not cool. Didn't have problems with other games.

Tried both 720p and 1080p.. Didn't try 1080i though, didn't bother. Sigh..

Anyone with a Panasonic PY800 having the same issues? LOL
