I've been in malacca for 4 yrs of my uni yrs. Hsmate crisis seldom la, rather its always problem with da landlord coz i use 2 stay in teres houses, not quite use 2 stay in apartments where u have all kinds of ppl around. Landlords r pure A-holes. They will have da thinking dat u students who can afford 2 study in some other states r usually damn loaded with cash n all.

But as my experience, usually a peaceful house always consists of guys n gals. Pure guys home = Dirty n messy. Pure gals home = Havoc. U PMS I PMS = 3rd world war. Guys usually have girlfriends problem n all. Some guys who r overprotected n pampered will also throw a tantrum at petty things. Some pondans who r not fit 2 be guys will be very picky over things and calculative. Gals, usually its da housework dat sparks da fire. All wants da house to be clean but none wants to start acting. PMS time, for nothing they will put a long face. Gals r even more calculative. They can calculate with u 2 da cents, horrible. In total, when things screw up, it can turn 2 be very very ugly, i mean extremely unexpected, not something dat they will usually do.

Advice, try not 2 live in da same house with ur best friends or ur cousins. I believe dat living under da same roof will definitely spark out some sort of crisis, its all depending on da time n da willingness of 1 part to give way. If both r hot tempered, it can be as soon as a month or sooner.
