juz bought a psp3000 before CNY...was playing Tekken Dark Resurrection...now playing MHF2...but the screen too small IMO...do they have a wire to connect to my pc monitor to play?if yes,how much is 1 and where to buy?
*
ok. Here's wat u need.

LCD TV - PSP AV component cable
Normal TV - PSP S-video cable
to computer monitor - normal usb cable

Also u will need
1. FuSa to play games on the TV (psp 2000, not sure about 3000)
2. Remotejoy to play on laptop monitor.

Watch movies - no need any programs.

So which display u want to play?

I have a brand new PSP AV component cable (open box) that I bought wrongly, can sell to u for cheap if u want.
buy already only realize my TV (normal TV) "the lubang to cucuk" tak sama. doh.gif doh.gif
Coz at that time, still very noob and just bought psp/

im using 8GB + 8GB no slow\lag
but i don feel any faster also...
*
The speed when using the photofast adaptor actually depends on the class of the microsd u use. If u use 2xclass 6 of course u will feel a difference when compared to using class 2 x2. The brand of the microsd also plays a part.

U can actually do a benchmark using blackspeed v2.

Anyway if the in-game speed is already normal with no lag then u won't experience any faster speed la. If not playing the game will be like fastforward doh.gif doh.gif . Usually if u use a higher class microsd, the speed of transfer will be much faster.

It's definately a better alternative to Ori-expensive Sony MSPD.

first image : tv COMPONENT
second image : tv standard RCA
third image : s-video + RCA
fourth image : tv COMPONENT

COMPONENT : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Component_video
RCA             : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RCA_connector
s-video         :  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-Video

s-video is a old kind of connector
RCA is the standard or normal for all tvs, those which are not too old usually have the 3 sockets of white, red & yellow
COMPONENT lets you do hi-definition, more color, more details etc. it's a new kind of connector, almost all new tvs have this now.

u can buy either one depending on your tv.

question answered?

I think I posted something on this sometime back. Just scroll back a few pages hehe...anyway here is it again.

I think benwong already explain very well already. But Basically u only need to know of 2 types.
1. For normal "Phat" TV - use the S-video with RCA (just check the lubang colour on your TV first - red, white, yellow) - image 2/3
2. For LCD TV - use TV Component cable. this one got 4 lubang and the colour code different - image 1/4

Last time I didn't check the colour code and bought the component cable and end up only got sound come out coz my TV old one ma doh.gif . Also the lubang colour not same.

Louisfjh,
Only LCD TV can play games + movies + music. BUT if u use a program called FUSA, then u can also play games + movies + music + photos on ANY TV. But u need to install FUSA first. Not sure whether can post links or not. So just google FUSA. But sometimes, games are a bit laggy on standard TV. I'm using it to watch movies and play games on my NOT SLIM TV whistling.gif

oh... mean after install FUSA then sure can play game on any tv edy la?
can pm me teach me wat is the fusa & how???
will lag huh? not just show wat showing is ur psp?? then in psp will lag too? or just lag on the tv?
*
Usually normal TV is not progressive scan like LCD so will lag .....BUT the new version of FuSa got an accelerator so making it playable.
Movies and music no problem. No lag and quality is great. I lazy to type tutorial on how to use FuSa la... ok I post links to tutorial hehe...

For main Fusa site - just google FuSa psp
There is a faq at the main site. u need to adjust some settings to make it not lag.
