Hi..noob here..does ver 5.0 M33-3 or M33-4 can use custom themes??
I read about psp themes, what the difference between .xmb format and .ptf format?? can I use .ptf format for ver 5.0 M33-3 or M33-4??

ok thanx..is xmb plugin already install in ver 5.0 M33? If not where can i find the latest because i try google it but seems a lot of version for it. Is cxmb and xmb the same thing?

One more thing, how to create our own icons then change them to xmb themes? Currently i'm using psp theme toolbox which i google it. but this one change the png icon to .ptf format. Is it the same?? Little bit confusing here...

Or i just simply use .rco file?? because i dload ultimate icon pack for psp theme..got so many vsh thingy and .rco format...

im having problem with cxmb...i dload cxmb for 5.0m33 release and install it in my psp..then try to disable it but it automaticly enabled when i hit back command...using 5.0m33-4..any ideas??

How to remove?? Is it delete in memory stick only?? Thanx for the tips, but i manage to disable it by hitting X twice, i don't know but it works...

Is CXMB release v3.3 suitable for 5.0M33-4? I use that .prx files but how to get the vsh folder?? I want to convert my .ptf themes to .ctf themes then someone said i need to have that .prx files and vsh folder and conf.txt file..

I try to develop my own theme by creating my own icons, not really my created icons but took them from net.

Currently i'm using psp theme toolbox ver1.2.0.0 to convert icons and convert them to .ptf files, when i go to consolespot they have this one tutorial about converting ptf files to ctf, then need those vsh folder thingy...i wonder if anyone here know about develop theme so i asked...hehe

yep...thats yur firmware...if no M33-X behind i think it is OFW=Official FirmWare..instead of CFW=Custom FirmWare...

If I'm wrong better ask otai2 in here...me just noob like you but learn from them also..lol

Thanx bro..btw i manage to convert my theme from ptf to ctf using ctf manager but when i apply the theme..my PSP brick...freezing @Sony Entertainment....then i shutdown it enter recovery disable xmb plugin then OK..is there any way to make it unbrick?? Do i need to off first before apply the theme?? Because i straightly convert the theme after i unplug from usb mode..

Or the programs just to convert PSX game into iso games that can be played in our PSP?? Because i read the tutorial @consolespot but only to convert PSX CD to iso game..what about if i dload some games @mininova that properly converted by seeders, then the game can play straight in PSP?? Because it said properly converted...Playboy21 need yur help..

woopss...!! Bad mouth..sorryy..no ahem2 here..forgot lorr..anyway thanks for the tips...

Find converter that can convert to .MP4 not .mp4...You can google it in the net..after convert make sure you have folder name MP_ROOT/MVN001/..then converted video has been renamed by default to MVN000X.MP4..X is any number..along with MVN000X.thm. This is yur video thumbnail..do not rename your converted video..then copy this to PSP..if you don't have MP ROOT folder in yur PSP you copy all to PSP including MP_ROOT folder u found in video converter program. I use Allok MP4converter...then u will understand what i mean...

just converted Bleach movie..gonna watch it while travelling tomorrow..hehe

HI..i suggest u use Allok Converter..i'm using that and all my converted video(any format ) works well on my psp..just use simple method..only add file then choose MP4 not mp4..then convert...then no need to rename anything...just put in memory card MP_ROOT\100MNV01 folder then everything will pop up in yur video option in psp automatically with filename changed too..it has manual in it so very easy to convert any video files...follow the step then enjoy!

PSP SLim, PSP Slim and Lite are the same...PSP 2006 etc also Slim version but the serial number is different..for PSP with number 2000 and above are slim version..if series number is 1000 is PSP phat(fat version)..

PSP 3000 also Slim and lite...
