i wan to ask...sometime when i playing nba baller rebound on my psp 2000....it will hang/freeze on the loading screen....til 1 minute then it ownself off...how to solve it?

I wan to ask...how to make my rmvb video to ISO video to play in my psp 2000?..cz i make mp4 video to play in it....480x272....cant full screen also..>.<..help me..

my firmware nw is 4.01 m33-2.....how can i update it to latest m33?...after update, can i still play my games?...nid urgent answer..
