Helo guys, the story begins like this.. On 20 November 2008 i had deal with this travelforall guy for his Ati HD3650 via COD..I had paid him RM120 for the graphic card..As stated in his post or thread, he mention that the card is in perfect condition.. After buying it i had kept it for a few days until yesterday{24 November 2008} i had try to plug it into my rig(i just a baught PCI-E rig, my current rig now is using AGP).. But after installing it, seem like no display on the lcd monitor.. I had try every way to make that gc work but still no display.. After carefully inspecting the gc, i had found out that the gc had a broken/leak capacitor..So i had sms back the seller about the problem but still until now no replies from him..Then i decide to call him( a lot of times).. But still cant reach him cause he off his cellphones.. the seller claim that he had used this gc for six month.. so i assume that it is still under warranty BUT the seller didnt give any receipt or tell me the place where he baught it..
So guys what should i do now?
