i used a Zoom, i tried teh Zoom g9, is not bad, G7 should be ok, but Zoom sometime do sound too digital, which many of us agreed, For digitech, It got some kickass distortion, and in term of built quality, sound wise, i'll go for digitech...

But what is ur budget? and how much is G7 and RP350?

i guess its nt too bad to get G7
my frens using a G9 with the tubes inside smile.gif
i guess it adds a certain amout of tube characteristic to it

if u compare to the full digital digitech...
its kinda personal smile.gif

however, people do switch to full analogue pedals after they depart from multi-fx
analogue => organic tone

The Zoom is more technologically advanced and newer in terms of its DSP... It's a good investment now if you intend to use it solely for its digital effects in the future.

DSP=Digital Signal Processor... The microprocessor chip that digitally alters your input signal to produce 'sound effects'.

u oways have a USER MANUAL for the buttons

if u can afford it, get the G9...2pedals 1 volume 1 wah....
the pedal on the right side can be twist to vary the modulation effect mix real time...

Zoom was my 1st effect... that i bought... At that time... 6...7 years back i bought a Zoom 707II... Still having it till today... LOL!

Personally.... i think buying single pedals and collect a set of those different individual pedals are better...

I had 3 Boss pedals but gave 1 away and sold the other 2 coz nowadays i'm not really fancy on effects and gadgets neemore...

ps. but still uses the Zoom 707II LOLx... well since i have most of the effects sounds there... i decided to keep it... and hence... it has been with me for 6 years or so...

well i cant compare with the zoom and digitech but its a damn good pedal, its not perfect and have got some flaws ( i still cant manage to get a super heavy tone out of it) but in terms of sound and tone i have to say its one of the best i know when compared to the me-50 and the pod live.
