then the only way to really clean 100% besides reformating is to read and follow the website i linked for you.

like i said, it always work for me.

my hardisk 120GB = deep scan one time 2-4 hours + +, i'm sure you got more space than me. if you follow the instruction on the website, u need to use different softwares to scan, like 3 times scanning.
