How to install 2 window on 2 different hard disk ?, and can choose booting ?

Let say , I got window XP install on my 250GB hard disk
I plan to buy another hard disk and 320GB and install window XP into it. If I start my computer , will I be able to select and choose both either 250GB window XP and 320GB window XP ? |
