hmm, I thought Mod chip is not considered as piracy..it depends on how the users uses it. e.g. u can install modchip, because u wanna play games of another region

He prolly needs a chip since he's screwed with a PAL wii.

To threadstarter, it seems you haven't gotten the correct response to your queries, maybe it's because Melacca is too specific. I think there are many in KL who can do it for you, even in our own Garage Sales too. Look up a guy called 'eKai' and ask.
