Unless he gets those "free apps" on his computer that he is going to sync it in with, those apps will be gone once he plug it in, and turn on iTunes, since those apps were synced with a different computer, and a new computer sync will wipe out the apps entirely when synced as a new iPhone.

I'm sorry, but you have been conned big time. Apps on iPhones are not like Windows Mobile where you can keep when syncing with different computers. Lesson learned the hard way, eh?

On a related note, NZD has gone BELOW 2.0, 1.97 now! NZ Aifontrijis are going for less than RM2200 after conversion. Damn it, if I had waited I could have saved RM600! A friend is going there tonight, and he's happy doing his Aifontriji shopping now, problem is Vodafone is noticing the weak NZD and being an ******* about selling outright phones.
