what the heck... got ppl trying to advertise product here...damn....

i am a sinusitis patient and had been undergone knife before and now i still have the problem... depend on the surgery you talking about, mine is sinusitis surgery... particularly maxilary sinus side.... but nvm lets go to the point..

virus infection heh,,, normally i guess doc will give antibiotic for 7 days.. if the nose is block maybe some antihistamine nose spray will do... caution nose spray mostly contain steriod and long term use might cause the skin become thin as oppose to some cancer claim by other....is nonsense.. yet there are many type of spray as well...

before go for surgery find 2nd opinion and a good doctor... cause nose surgery is tricky...mine is screw up surgery thats why still haven't recover. but i use nasal irrigation.... which helps clear the mucus which not only gives relieve but also less risky to another flu...

i would suggest see doc and find 2nd opinion.... if can't solve, the surgery is the option. nasal irrigation is only effective as prevention. if the nose got problem, no use using nasal irrigation cause it only cause it to worse.

yeah, i heard also, long term on budesonide inhaler, if u spray against the nasal septum can cause septal atrophy/thinning, thats why dr advice to spray inside your nostril towards outer of your eye, directly hits the turbinates of the nose..
