ap phone just remove the lock and not so stable ......becare .....i think u should know the ap phone phone will warranty LCD 1 month...if crash or drop warranty void!!!!!!!in your case ...u should get warranty....so quick go to Consumer Tribunal Claims

Yea tats y AP phone sometimes can be dangerous.It's the only reason why sometimes ppl rather pay more to buy the original then from other ppl.U hav to check properly and ask properly before going..it's hard to claim back as u dunno where they r going next.Got shop also can con ppl..nowadays...haiz..ppl very tricky.Did he giv u the guarantee for the phone?If u hav,mayb u can claim from Sony Ericson.

problem solve..i exchange the hp already..sad but i have to live with it..they nv giv me 2gb mmc....and suppose to come with it..bout handsfree...they giv me back too..i will nv come back to the shop anymore..KTS klang..blacklisted him

You shall not visit KTS be careless anymore! Not just about the shop problem. You didn't check properly when you get the phone. Consider yourself being lucky cause they at least exchange the hp for you

Sometimes i also lazy 2 check while buying those appearals or bags.. but handphone i wil check properly!

Added on December 5, 2008, 12:19 pmlet me tell u 1days after buying i go back to the shop get my earphone..2nd day back again askin for memory card but they said the package nv come with it..3rd day i detect 4 dead pixel 6th day they promised me change the new wan ok i got the new hp already...1 to 1..i realise is not new hmm...bcz the phone book got already ppl phone book..1week la8 this hp spoiled again..cannot hear ppl talking...earpiece spoil..now what?to do?the hp i send back to the shop and i scared they change the part..sigh help icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

Here's what you might have gone wrong with.
The second time you went there..you got an exchanged phone. And you didnt check again ?
You can no longer claim that its a used phone. You didnt check properly.
Did you test and ensure it there and there ?
Did you ask further for a continuation of warranty for the phone ? ie the first phone you had one year, now for this phone is it still one year or 11 months ?

You did not check hence its very difficult to lay your claim. If you did you would not have accepted the phone.
If you didnt check and took the replaced phone there is nothing else to do.

If someone knocked into your car from behind, you then see that they have broken the tail light. You claim. They say its not their fault, a car knocked them from behind and they then rammed into you. You insist for claim. They finally relent and replaced a new tail light for you. You accept.

2 days later you discover the tail light instead of red is now pink because they coloured it with water colour instead of buying original red plastic. Your bumper also suddenly fell and cracked probably because of the earlier impact. You go back and claim for them, theyll say youve been involved in another accident and youve exchanged the tail light yourself.

Sadly. No case.

Youre scared that they are going to replace the parts when you send it in ? Well replace. Its okay.
Nevertheless YOU HAVE TO ENSURE that the parts replaced comes with warranty and your phones ORIGINAL warranty is NOT compromised.

And this time CHECK PROPERLY. Bring a friend. Heck bring 2 car loads of friends just TO CHECK it properly.
All your rushing didnt save you money it added to your expense, your misery and time.
CHECK. Better safe than rush.

I think the shop should warranty for manufacturing defect right?
