i'm not into handphone much, so I dont really know the brand and the features...

but is there any hp with memory card and all the basic features ( mp3, bluetooth etc) that i can get with the price range from rm400-rm600.

Would u plz let me know the brand and the price?
of course i prefer the cheapest...but will there be any problem if i buy the cheapest memory card phone?
