Bro, if you are desperate for liveview, go pick a prosumer.
It's not about the price of the cam, it's about the quality of a picture.
D40 or D300, if you have the skills, you take good pictures.
I'm a beginner, that's why I opt for D40, one of the best entry-level dSLR.
