100% loan, how?

to my knowledge, only bank islam offers 100% loan to buy a house
but.. erm.. begin rant  nama jer bank islam tapi rate 7%+ menyusahkan orang  end rant ok. i said my peace. anyways. as far as i know (AFAIK), most banks offer 90% loan. maybe 95% after factoring in MRTA. but lets not talk about MRTA. is there a legal procedure or erm.. legal-ish procedure to get more than 90% loan? 95% ? 98 %? 100% loan from banks such as cimb or maybank? |
