Well, uh.. not really. Just meddled with my PC and now it's working..

Was also thinking what games to buy this weekend.. Left 4 Dead? Tales of Symphonia 2?..

Problem with L4D is that, if the laptop performance is unsatisfactory, then it'd be a waste of my money.. And you know la how steam works, cd-key/game is tied to your account, so hard to sell.

That bad huh? I had TF2 and was suffering below 30fps, or ngam 30fps with 640x480 low detail everything.. with minor tweaks in console. I know L4D requirements are way worse, especially when there are many zmobies.
