haha, that's ok. but the adapter needs to change. Or use a USB one. In any case, check the DS for him. The back of the box should have the adaptor saying how much can the DS carry. Singapore and US have different sets.

If my case, if customers opt for a US DS Lite, we wouldn't give the adapter with the console (funny really.). But instead, we supply with another adapter that is actually a stepdown converter.
