its possible that it hits 2.18, but then again IF it hits, it will rebound faster than it doesnt hit, anyway in the end it is actually the same, u can q 1 time at lower price to gain more and another time at higher price if it doesnt hit, then u profit from both.

its just a matter whose got the most bullet. example: big party got 10,000 bullets, q at ridiculous price, but 1,000 small party got 100 bullet each, q at some other ridiculous price, its 10,000 bullets vs 1,000x100=100,000 bullets, guess the small party would win eh?

as always, bullet is king!
