The small batch Qty, but large sell orders represents Big timers.

Correct me if I am wrong.

That i not really sure..
From what i know almost 60% stakes of ytl power is own by Yeoh's family... which i beliv they won dispose their shares they are more concern about % holding of their shares

EPF is buying heavily recently, but i beliv they are buying for the dividend ...so not much logic to dispose though as not much you can earn from trading this counter

I beliv those who bought this counter these few days on speculation are throwing it now as they see no up potential for this counter

M2U has articles too if you click on "Research". Hmmm... I should probably open more trading accounts to have access to these articles. tongue.gif

Regarding YTL Power-WB, wouldn't it be worth converting since you can actually make from the gap between the mother and warrant?

You need to wait for bout 1 year time then your mother share is being listed....at that 1 year time you cannot get any dividend.

Conversions could be traps that induce you to buy warrants.

Prices collapsed before the conversion completed ( esp during the bear market ).

Just my 2sen from bad experience.

Judge your own.

don convert sell off and buy mother share directly...

*
Yup, darkknight81 is correct.

For those who want to convert the WB, if the valuation of WB (WB price + exercise price) and mothershare is the same, then it is much easier to sell off WB and buy the mothershare directly. You might lose tiny bit of trading commission but you can enjoy the dividend declared by the mothershare.

Those mothershare resulted from conversion of mothershare won't be entitled for dividend straight away. You need to wait another year.

How's CIMB iTrade?
I'd want to start a new trading account too, one for my trades, one for my long term investments.
Easier to monitor rather than to mix and match in one trading account.

Easier for me to apportion my trading/investment funds too.

Currently using HL eBroking, is there any other accounts recommended?
How's the brokerage rates for iTrade?

Eh, I just got this from kmarc's post elsewhere

"Myabank2u online trading brokerage fee is only 0.42% or minimum of RM12..... "

True? If yes, that'll be great.. also do they have the Buy/Sell by Date feature that iTrade has? I put in order, specify it for 1 week, and it'll automatically resend for me the entire week?

Pfffttttttttt, why even bother to show proof when i already challenged someone out to see me and show me how to make 200,000 "during his college days"

Oh please, if anyone wants to see proof, can go to the lyn forex thread and see my trades. I don't go look at the top 20 gainers and inform people what i buy after the market closes.

Pfffftttttt....like i said, bring it on.

Hahaha.... still as cocky as ever. Implies that I'm a liar, been proven wrong and then changes subject.

Since when have I said that I made $200,000 during college days??? I only said my weekly trading turnover was $200,000 when I was in uni - duh!

If you want to meet me, why don't you come down to Malacca? Why should I meet you in KL? Just who do you think you are? As far as I'm concerned, you're just a waste of time and too insignificant for me to be even bothered with.

This is not your forum and you're not Warren Buffet (sorry to disappoint you). If you can't stand what people write or know what freedom of speech is then leave - you won't be missed.

Well regardless of what you 2 think of each other, keep it in the private chat.

Arguing on a public forum to gain prestige is not exactly showing any maturity.
