just wondering (step 11) what type of data is stored in partition 03 in the 20gb hdd? e.g. xbox 360 save game data?

is it still necessary to transfer these files to the120gb WD BEVS that i formatted in my xbox 360 if i bought a new (unused) 20gb hdd because i have an arcade console, and all my save games are in a 256mb MU. so i was thinking of just transferring all my save games within the xbox 360 from my 256mb MU to the new 120gb WD BEVS once it is formatted. is this right?

is the hdds.bin dumped from a retail 360 120GB hdd unique for every unit? whats the risk of ms actually banning my console for using one i downloaded off the internet? thanx for answering my earlier question. great guide! can't wait to try it out!
