Let's say I own a computer lab with 30 PCs. And I want to have control over printing jobs which is done by any users using the 30 PCs. Is it possible to: Track which PC prints the documents and keep a log file which i can easily access and refer to at anytime? Only allows user to print only when is approve by the admin? Are there any specific software i can use (hopefully freeware) or settings i can messed with Windows (Vista)? Please enlighten me?

Logging -> Attach the printer to one single comp which functions as the controller. It should have a full log in its spooler. Maybe you can do some windows scripting to pause all new print jobs till allowed on that controller.
