cant open 3dmark 06, help~

i just install 3dmark in my pc.. but when i have done install, i cant open it.. it stuck , it say there 'please wait while 3dmark scans your system configuration. this may take up to a minute to complete, during which your system may not respond'.. but, the hell... i waited for one night and it just dont open.. why? can someone help me.. sorry noob:(
