yes you can apply to tinted windscreen..tinting is inside. water repellent coating is outside. this is a sealant wipe. once applied, the water repellant coating will stay there for up to 1 year.

the normal rain x that you saw or used requires you to wipe again and again non stop. RAINAWAY does not need to be reapplied.

you only need to apply once. and the water repellent will not go away for 1 year. it will stay there for 1 year. it wont affect your silicone wiper. i am using silicone wiper too. but ever since i started using Rainaway i seldom use silicone wiper coz the water glide away by itself when i drive smile.gif

Dear all,

it is a good product, i like it very much

my car previously on original glass - SGS, but with a small accident , my glass broken and at that time cant find original replacement glass, and i only to get a china made glass.

damn unsatisfy. SGS glass is with hydropholic effect something like rain repellent. so i already lost that kind of advantage.

when i see this product, so just give it a try last week.

wau, last week try on highway, from JB- KL, no sweat at all, it is much better and bring back old feeling of the hydropholic effect.

Wiper no judder at all. easy to apply , abt 30 mins-45 mins.

Only concern is how long it will last and i still not yet wash my car. Hope it will last long.

will update again in few months time

I had been using it for 2 weeks, and i can tell you, i love driving in the rain now! haha, I ve washed my car once, and the water repellent effect is still there. Will need to try a few more months to see how many car wash it can withstand!
