I use Sonic Gear Ear Pump (can google for it), the head is deep enough for the stupid 2G iphone "deep" hole. The sound quality is not too bad. I've had it for over a year and I'm happy with it. You can get a set for Rm50. I guess at the end of the day, it depends on what kinda sound quality you want and how much you are willing to pay for it

I use a bluetooth headset , normal itech clip II mini that works perfectly with the iphone also
