QUOTE(tabs @ Feb 10 2010, 09:59 PM) haha.. resell ur earphone and buy other lo.. simple ma.. this time try on the spot.. hehe Actually I'm very happy with its performance on my laptop. Tight bass, beautiful mids and accurate highs. It's just not working right with iphone. I wish there were some setting I could change on iphone to make it work.

Its a balance phones means the sound issint too bassy or to dry. And it got some extra bass to compliment withe the balance sound. For less than rm100, this will suit u just fine.

QUOTE(Kain_Sicilian @ Feb 10 2010, 04:58 PM) Hi guys, I just bought a pair of klipsch custom 2 iems yesterday. When I got home and plugged them in my iPhone, I'm sorely disappointed. The bass was too heavy, and blurs into the mids while treble lacks the crunch. I thought I i bought defective iems. However, when I plugged the iems into my laptop, the iems became alive. It was perfect. I had both my iPhone and laptop's equalizer off. Later on, I tried plugging back to my iPhone and tried various eq settings. The best was probably treble booster, but it makes the treble a little too crunchy n highlight the echoes too much. I'm Lost right now. Sifus out here, any advice on what I should do? ur laptop must be using sound card am i right? so the sound produce from your laptop is different from the phone... give a time to burn in for 20 hours minimum before passing judgement.... 100 hours for critical listening....

It surprised me a little bit when you mentioned Klipsch C2 is strong in bass coz my experience with both Klipsch Image X10 and C3 were that they're kinda bass-shy. Which generation of iPhone r u using there? Normally SQ will b better no doubt comparing laptop to PMP.

There have been varities of earpiece to be choose and I'm looking forward to invest in 1.
I'm very particular about the sound produced. Which earpiece would you guys recommended, say budget from RM300 to RM500+.
A no to headset because it is too bulky for me to bring around.
Thanks and looking forward for the reply!
EDIT: Left it out, I'm using iPod Touch 2G.
