anyone has use this milk?

I want to buy this for my mom who has a bad knee pain. every night cannot sleep bcoz of her knee pain.

I'm thinking of giving it a try for my mom.

but I hv some trust issue ler with overrated testi,
but I read from other forum, they said it really effective, but most of them are the agent
