Don't expect much from CS of Itrade. Money transferred from Cimb Clicks will need one day to reflected in account. CS won't help. Asked for re-allocation ration of local vs. overseas to be revised in the morning. CS promised will carried out in afternoon. Came close to market trading, still not revised despite making 3 appeals throughout the day. What do they expect? To beg them?
So, if you expect the extra from iTrade, better look for elsewhere.

QUOTE(Remng @ Jan 11 2011, 03:23 PM) Well I do understand your frustration, If you would like me to take care of the ac i will be able to get the limit for you and the ratio on the same day, but you would need to provide the transaction details of the deposit. However the same day limit does not apply to CLICK TRADER ac as you have to transfer the fund in your banking a/c the day before. As the system only capture the limit the next day, my service will come in handy. hope you can consider that. We at CiMB will try our best to make trading a breeze p.s Sorry about whatever happen with the customer service, they could be quite busy at time, have a nice day Thank you for your offer to help. I was assisting my wife with her account. I have mine with JF Apex and HLeBroking. I can see the difference between these firms. Busy is not excuse to turn down valid requests for help. So are we expecting our requests to go astray if KLSE keep hitting 1 billion + everyday. Customer service being the backbench support is crucial to provide the necessary support. What's good of the sales people or the dealer if your back bone is failing?

QUOTE(prophetjul @ Jan 17 2011, 10:48 AM) they sent another password.....still didnt work......tried to email.......no response.......just called up just now......they will try to rectify......this is typical bolihland customer service.......you have to CHASE! Adds to the risk that you have to deal with especially with overseas trade... That's what I said last week. Pray hard if you are expecting assistance from their customer service. To change the re-allocation ratio requires 4 to 5 phone calls to get things done. This delay has definitely caused me some loss last week.
