I just called them and they said it should be back up

I think we all should send email to the PM Brother to register our frustration and also cc to SC and Bursa also the Banama.
To have problem for a few hours is already unacceptable..... Now they are having problem for 3 days.
I lost all my GTD orders, clobbered my watch-list, couldn't get my profile and the list go on....

Hey guys, I am new to CIMB iTrade. I notice there is a volume column for each counter in the trading hall. What does the volume imply? 1 quantity = 1 unit/1 lot?

Besides, I have trouble logging into iTrade pro. Is there anybody that could assist me with this technical problem?
*
Volume 1= 100 or 1 lot ( Now (from 3 Year ago)a lot is no more 1K )

I snuggest you call their help-desk at 03 20849890
If the answering machine ask you to leave massage don't bother ,
try to call again until you can get a human being on the other side.
They should have step by step procedure to help you
Make sure you hold on to them until you had solved the problem
Best regards

you can still call the remisier in time of need, but trading done online rate is still the same, no extra at rm12 or 0.42% whichever higher

pm for more info
*
I think you have a different rate if value above RM 100K (0.3x%) and again another rate above RM500K... and so on

*
