All having problem with CIMB?
me to!! damn.. this is not 1st time CIMB screw up when try to upgrade any new system..!
2 years back - when they change from old system to new banking system after the rebranding exercise - all customer face similar problem (banking). During the last time - I have complaint about their change management system and their communication prior to change to new system.. apparently - this time around.. still same problem.. means .. they don't learn from past mistake and issue..
Everytime new system comes in - customer is the one who face the trouble... no communication.. no apology.. whatsoever.
No trading for the past few days since system problem.. means - loss opportunity. Sigh.., it's time for me to switch to other e-broker house..
which one is the best right now? - jupiter? OSK? RHB?
Can we form a frustated user group of CIMB and each of us - complaint to all avenue.. to let CIMB know.. that their IT management system is suck!!
